Sounds like you don't want any financial responsibility. If they are not asking you to be on the mortgage, I don't see the issue if you can make the maintenance payments. They'll still want you as a co-occupant, since you will be living there.

I worked at a pharmacy for years, and have heard it all... I really think the effectiveness depends on the person. There are definitely lots of people out there who've taken St. John's Wort and swear by it. In any case, it's safer than rx drugs, and can't hurt to try. You may have to stay on it awhile to see if it's working. In regards to doctors' opinions on alternative med treatments like this, I have almost universally heard that they say the same thing: may or may not work, see if it works for you.

Bear fans, who do you want to win Super Bowel?

Some Bear fans I know I rooting for the greenbay Packers because they represent the NFC Championship and the fact that we are close to WI. I usually will root for any NFC team that goes to the Super Bowel, but not in this case, not if its Greenbay. I know most Bear fans think this way, just the few that want GB to beat the stealers. I hope that the stealers crush the Greenbay Packers and flush their hopes of winning Super Bowel down the drain.

I love ...Go to White Castle, and liked Guantanamo Bay. But I was really uncomfortable with the whole "George Bush is really a cool guy" bit. I felt awkward watching it in the theater, and it even tainted the first one a bit. And White Castle is one of my favorite movies!

I think it all depends on the people who you are thinking about! I am no means a racist and i would never judge anyone who is black more than someone who is white ! That's awful and so wrong ! But i know some people do and its wrong ! They think black people are more likely to cause trouble ! and they are not. But this does not just go on between whites and blacks when i went to england and people heard my accent and figured out i was scottish watched me like i was about to start a riot ! :| i think i just depends on peoples views and opinions and how narrow minded they are =) hope this helps
