Do some white people intentionally try harder to make black people look bad?

I think it all depends on the people who you are thinking about! I am no means a racist and i would never judge anyone who is black more than someone who is white ! That's awful and so wrong ! But i know some people do and its wrong ! They think black people are more likely to cause trouble ! and they are not. But this does not just go on between whites and blacks when i went to england and people heard my accent and figured out i was scottish watched me like i was about to start a riot ! :| i think i just depends on peoples views and opinions and how narrow minded they are =) hope this helps
