Can I loose 10-15 kgs in 6 months by eating THIS?

By dramatically cutting down on fatty foods, sugars and eating the same food, you will lose weight but when you go back to your favourite foods, your body will gain weight. If you want to keep the weight off, take down those elements slowly but still give your body a treat from time to time. Every body is different, so go with a diet you know will make you lose weight and stick with a comfortable amount of exercise. You can go with your plan, but you shouldn't eat it every day. You should also add it a treat, just so your body doesn't gain back the weight. Good luck!
