HELP! Anyone that knows about macs and windows! ten points best answer!?

I just bought an old game that i used to play as a kid just for the nice memories and i want to play it again, its "math blaster mystery the great brain robbery (1994)" on the box it says for windows and macs, and when i put it in, the disk appears as an icon and i can click on it and look at all the little files it comes with, but nothing pops up to let me install it, how do i install the game??????
