Bedding for a 13 month old?

I am a bit confused, we are planning to get our daughter a quilt its 4 tog from Mothercare suitable for 12 months upwards. She sleeps in a cot that can be converted to a cot bed when she is older, we are still using it as a normal cot. What size quilt do I get cot size or cotbed size?
