Help for exchanging a dress?!?

I bought a dress from the Jane Norman shop on 26th June. I still have the receipt but obviously this is past 28 days but i need to exchange it for a size up. My dress still has the tags on and hasnt even been worn. Do u think theyll let me just swap it for the next size?
