How can I batch calculate the pitch of thousands of individual wave files?

Is there a freeware program which can batch calculate the pitch of thousands of individual wave files? Each file is a single waveform of unchanging pitch. Ideally the pitch should be written to the file name, or to a text file. Must be able to read 48kHz files... and for PC. Thanks!
