Heard a song walkin thru AmericanEagle n the mall.all i remember of the lyrics is "like a fist full of sound."

I was walking through American Eagle in the mall the other day. Heard this cool soundin song, and all i remember of the lyrics is "like a fist full of sound." I tried googling it, typed in those words, but all i came up with was some rap song called "fist full of sand" or somethin like that, and it definitely wasn't rap. can somebody help me out?
