HELP with my abs (pic)?

Try running, biking, swimming. Anything to get your body moving for about 45 minutes a day. Cut out junk foods, fried foods, sweets. I'm sorry to say but you can't slim down your calf muscles but you can stretch them so they look a bit leaner. You can't avoid getting muscle if you work out. Also do crunches, cit-ups, jumping jacks. 100 each. Good Luck.
