How many of you think that Tom Cable, head coach of Oakland Raiders, should be fired or stay with the team?

I think they should keep Cable at least for one more season. They need to get rid of JaMarcus Russell. And they need to pick up some good players in the draft. Their 2nd string quarterback wasn't too bad. It might not be a bad decision to pick up a QB in the draft. Although they also have some other holes they need to fill in if they only have a 5 win season. At least this year they did beat a few quality teams. The Raiders need some form of consistency or they will never become good. I'd give Cable a little longer since the team does seem to be better than last year. And they need some consistency if they are going to improve.
