I had a dream and i want to know if it means anything (please answer)

i dreamed that i was swimming under water and i squeezed through a little square frame thing it looked like a picture frame but it was supported by the ground and i tryed going trough it again but feet first and i got stuck around my chest area and i tryed swiming back out and i couldn't i was stuck i wasent panicing at first because i still had air to stay under water and after struggling for so long i started felling like claustrophobic and i panicked and started swallowing water and no one could see me or helped me and there was some people all around and before i could drowned i woke up. please answer the best u can
