I have 1995 honda civic, need great tires -- Michelin Weather wise II or Harmony ?

I drive very badly. I need great traction, good milage and bang for my buck. Have had Michelin Symmetry on there but they do not sell that size 175/65/14 in my area any more. Dealers all say they can not get them. Which tire should I go to now. Michelin Harmony 80,000 miles or Weather wise 80,000 miles (they are about the same price? What's the difference?
