Is this a healthy diet to lose weight?

For breakfast I will eat a 1 cup of raisin bran with skim milk and a couple cups of coffee with sweetener and milk and for lunch and dinner chicken salads with fat free ranch dressing. How much weight do you think i will lose if i get 30 minutes of exercise a day maybe more? And don't say don't drink coffee green tea does not give me the caffeine boost i need.
