Need help comming up with a feeding schedule for my fish?

i would like for my fish to have a little variety i have 4 juli corys and 1 saimese algae eater. i have algae pellets, shrimp (but they float so i dont know if they ever eat them), and tetra tropical flakes how much should i feed them of these and what a good schedule so they'll have a variety im gonna get some bloodworms so if you could include that too it would be great. thanks
