Should I go through with the nose job??? Help please!?

Hey guys. So i have always had a little difficulty breathing. When I get sick I seem so stay congested for a very long time. I used to get made fun of for breathing loud (like that kid from hey, arnold! haha) Anyways, I went to the ear nose and throat doc, and they said I have a deviated septum. They said insurance would cover most of it, but any cosmetic fixes (which I would like) I would need to cover. Do you think i should go through with it? thanks :) ...oh and the cost is 8 grand, and insurance hasn't gotten back to me on how much they will pay. thanks!
