Why dont they arrest the tamil protesters in lecister square, its not a legal protest?

I just want to know why the police don't go and arrest all the tamil protesters in london ,l its a fair question as its not a legal protest and uk has nothing to do with sri lanka- these people are not british, and abusing the kind hand the uk has shown them.Why don't they go on a legal protest outside there sri lanka emby if they have to
