Why was this guy staring at me?

LIke i have seen him around before He is really goofy and the cl clown. Well, today in cl he stood right across from me and and was just looking at me. I knew it for sure when the teacher asked us about our projects and i made a stink face face. He started to smile and pointed at me and he gave me skittles. I thought he was cute but i thought he was way out of my league
