Is this an immoral and unethical radio advertisement?

I see your point but it works both ways. Many times a heart attack can feel like bad indigestion and it's ped off and ignored. My friend's husband experienced this and she forced him to go to the ER. They tested him and he had just had a heart attack. I imagine many people have heart attacks and never know it.
