Know any good knitting patterns?

I recently purchased 420 m of Regia Arabesque yarn in a blue-green-gray variegated colorway. It's a -weight sock yarn. Does anyone have any good pattern suggestions to use up this yarn? I already have size 3 straight needles and DPNs, size 10.5 straight needles, size 7 circular needles, and size 8 or 9 straight needles (I'm not sure on the size, I got them as a hand-me-down gift from my great-grandma and they don't have the size on them anywhere). I also have crochet hooks from 2.75 mm to 5 mm, so crochet patterns would be appreciated as well. I'm just not as experienced with crochet as I am with knitting. Thanks for your suggestions!
