Who needs short shorts..I NEED SHORT SHORTS!?

im 13 and i need cute jean shorts but i want em short but not like show the vag short lol thx!! im going to the mall of america so if theres a store there that has em that would be fab..oh and i want them with some rips cuz im like cool and i dont want them to be loserish?? no more than 20 bucks plz((:
